1. Returns & Exchanges Period
• We allow returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date you receive your item.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags and packaging.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your request.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
• Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, specifying whether you would like a refund or an exchange, along with your order number and reason.
• Step 2: Once approved, our support team will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.
• Step 3: Package the item securely and send it back to us following the provided instructions.
3. Return & Exchange Shipping Costs
• If the return or exchange is due to a product defect, damage, or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover all return shipping costs.
• If the return or exchange is due to personal preference (e.g., wrong size/color selected or change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
4. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Exchanges
• If you request an exchange for a different size, color, or item, the replacement item will be dispatched within 1–3 business days after we inspect and approve the returned package.
